That includes resource forecasting and planning applications, agentic AI prototypes, and data pipelines connecting financial and operational systems.

I start with the operating decision—not the technology. The goal is to understand what must improve, what evidence people need, and how a solution fits into the way work actually happens.

From there, I design practical systems that balance automation with accountability, move reliable data closer to decision-makers, and remain maintainable after the prototype stage.
