Workout Log - 2018.07.05

After three days in a row of working out I decided to take Wednesday off. Back at it again today for the 4th workout of the week. Still doing the same routine as the last 2 workouts while trying to increase my over running distance. Today I ran just over 7 KM. Hopefully I will hit 8 KM by the end of the week in under 1 hour.
Enjoyed a healthy homemade beef and vegetable stir fry and some cherries for dessert after the workout:
- Weighted Bar Upright Rows (2 x 15)
- Weighted Bar Curls (2 x 15)
- Lunges (2 x 20)
